Configuring Norton Internet Security 2004

Step 1 – Launch eMule.

Step 2 – After eMule is launched a program control box will appear, choose to "always allow connections on all ports"

Step 3 – Its as simple as that, your done!

eMule and Norton Internet Security has been run before and "LOWID" status is received

  1. Open NIS from the System Tray (double click on it's icon, it looks like a small globe).
  2. Select Personal Firewall from the center list.
  3. Click on Configure (right hand side).
  4. Select the 'Program Control' tab from the top.
  5. Find eMule in the list of programs.
  6. Under Internet Access, and beside eMule, select 'Permit All'.
  7. Click on OK.
  8. Enjoy your HIGHID!
